Speaking your question on Plus and Bindaas uses no extra credits. After you sign up, Settings shows exactly what each action uses.
Is GST included in the price?
No. GST is a government tax that applies to all online services in India, so we are required to add 18% to the plan price. For example, Standard is ₹399 + GST, ₹470.82 in total. The full amount is shown before you pay, with no other charges.
What is a pass?
A pass is one payment for 1 or 3 months of a plan. A 3-month pass costs less than paying every month, so you save on the same plan. It does not renew on its own, so there are no surprise charges. Monthly auto-renew is coming soon.
Can I move to a bigger plan in the middle of a pass?
Yes, any time from Plans. You pay only the difference for the days left on your pass, plus GST. Your pass keeps its end date and your saved credits come with you. Moving to a smaller plan waits until your pass ends, so you never lose paid days.
What happens when my pass ends?
You move to the Free plan. Your notes, progress and history stay exactly where they are, ready for your next pass.
Do unused credits carry over?
On Standard and Plus, yes, until your pass ends. One day can only use so many, so your savings last through the week. Free credits start fresh every midnight.
What does fair use mean on Bindaas?
There is no daily limit to watch. A fair-use limit only steps in on unusually heavy days, to stop shared accounts and automated use.
Can I get a refund?
Passes cannot be refunded once bought. If you were charged twice, or your plan did not start after you paid, write to us and we will set it right or refund that payment. Read the refund and cancellation policy.
